Cancellation and Refund
By transferring the relevant training fee to our bank account, our clients are deemed to have accepted the following provisions in advance.
Unless the individual sleep plan is sent to the family within 7 days after the fee of the selected training is transferred to the bank account, the clients reserve the right to withdraw from the consultancy service and request the refund of the fee they have paid.
After the “Sleep Training Plan” prepared by our consultants is received by the families, it is not possible to request a refund of the fee by stating that the consultancy service has been abandoned for any reason.
In the event that the baby/child who is being trained gets sick or has special family problems as soon as the training starts or during the training, the training is interrupted until these problems are eliminated. In this case, the fee is not refunded. The right of our clients to continue the interrupted training is reserved.
